Scope of application

Disposable Medical Protective Respirator is used for filtering particles in the air, blocking droplets, blood, body fluids and secretions under the medical environment.

Product performance and instructions

When the gas flow is 85L/min, the filtration efficiency of the mask for non-oily particles should not be less than 95%.
When the gas flow is 85L/min, the inspiratory resistance of the mask should not exceed 343.2Pa (35mmH₂O).
Spray 2mL synthetic blood into the mask at a pressure of 10.7kPa (80mmHg). No infiltration should occur inside the mask.

WS-KZ-S4E mask should be sterile after sterilization with ethylene oxide.
This product is mainly composed of non-woven (inner layer, outer layer), meltblown nonwoven fabric and hot-air fiber (middle layer), mask band, staple and nose clip.
Size：158mm×107mm.

Instruction for use

After wearing, the air tightness test must be performed: cover the mask with both hands and exhale. If you feel gas leaking from the nose clip, you need to readjust the nose clip. If the seal cannot be obtained, do not wear the mask to enter dangerous areas, and seek help from the supervisor.
Disposable Medical Protective Respirator -- the wearing method of headband type mask is as follows:

1) Hold the mask with your hands and let the mask band hang down.

2) With the nose clip facing up, pull the lower band over the top of your head and place it behind the neck, pull the upper mask band over the top of the head, and place it at a higher position behind the head.

3) Fix nose clip according to the shape of your nose, to prevent dirty air from entering.

4) Cover your nose and mouth with both hands to check for air tightness.

Attentions

1) This product can not be modified and abused .
2) This product can not produce oxygen and can not be used in an anoxic environment.
3) It is recommended to use this product without beard, hair and other conditions that may affect the fit between face and mask, and not be used in the special environment such as harmful dust and gas.
4) The best duration of service of this product is not more than 8 hours.
5) This product is a single use product and cannot be used again.
6) Products marked "sterile" on the package or illustrated are sterilized with ethylene oxide.
7) Do not use if product packaging is damaged.

8) Dispose of the product as medical waste after use.
